Product Information
The Zempire Delta Force is by far and away in a league of its own. It sits in Zempire’s iconic ‘Air Canvas’ Collection alongside its siblings the Fortress & Airforce which are made to the same high specification and level of features. The Delta Force combines the comfort and reliability of traditional canvas with the more modern design of an Air Frame, meaning that you can have both the luxury of easy of pitching with a premium fabric. The Vis-à-vis style enables the user to have separate sleeping areas away from one another, so hopefully everyone gets a good night sleep. The bedrooms are very generous and have been sized so that whatever you choose to sleep on the Delta Force will be able to accommodate it. We would say that the tent is a true 8 person but it could take a maximum of 14 if you really wanted.
As with all of Zempire’s tents, ventilation is key. Not only do you get to sleep under a breathable fabric, but every panel also has a built-in ventilation point (be it via a zip down window cover or bedroom vents). The latest V2 (version 2) model is now completely inflatable and we would recommend purchasing an electric pump so you can truly sit back, relax, and watch your tent go up! The optional electric pump would also help to make sure you inflate the tent to the correct pressure. A single inflation point takes the hassle out of moving the pump while several deflation points aid you to get it back in the bag every time.
It is safe to say that the Delta Force isn’t a light tent but everything about it is designed to last. Zempire are very popular in New Zealand as their tents can be left up for several months at a time, year after year. This is testament to how the tent can be used, considering that they have hotter summers and colder winters than us in UK. Some key features include having tinted windows, external door locks, a built-in roof liner and even an optional elite sunroom to enclose the built-on air canopy.
Overall, the Delta Force is all about being at one with the camping life, be it for a weekend or a month. The tent gives you the perfect base to enjoy your holiday whatever the weather.
