The Zempire Aero Pro range has undergone a big revamp for the new season and Zempire have thrown every feature that they have to offer at the latest V2 model. The most notable difference is the colour. A fresh new look signifies a new design and in main ways it is a completely different tent to its predecessor. The material is still a UN spec 420D rip-stop fabric which will give a long lifespan as well as a monstrous 8,000mm HH waterproof rating. The lighter colour makes the tent feel bigger and brighter. The Pro TXL retains its core features such as tinted windows at both lower level and in the roof. Ventilation is still a big part of the tent and that is evident as every panel has some form of mesh built into it.

One of the biggest improvements has been raising the height in the front canopy area to make it a much more usable space. This, combined with a new open front, really helps to bring the outside in. If you are still looking for that enclosed space, then you can add on the new Pro Awning Wall Set which simply zips on to the tent and includes not only a waterproof door with tinted windows but also a complete mesh wall as well. This wall set can still be gull-winged out like a canopy to provide additional protection against the elements.

The Aero Pro now features a single inflation point, thus allowing you to pump up from one point, personally we would strongly recommend purchasing an electric pump to do the work for you, that way you can sit back and relax while the hard work gets done! The Oversized AirSystem now also has a central ridge beam which adds structure to the tent as well as keeping the roof taut even if you aren’t the best at pitching. Zempire has always been about nailing the finer details and that hasn’t changed for their latest models; be it the rain-safe canopy over the side door, the metal ‘O rings’ for pegging out the tent or the 360-degree door into the main living area. The TXL Pro really does tick all the boxes.

The V2 version of the Zempire Aero Pro TXL Tent has been noticeably improved throughout the tent, while still retaining all the premium features that you expect from a tent of this spec. There truly isn’t another Polyester Tent which matches up to the TXL and therefore it is one of our favourite tents in this category.
