Vango's Beta tents have become one of the brand's best known ranges, and for good reason; they're perfectly designed for use during a weekend away, camping at a festival or even for Scouts trips.

One of the main differences with the Beta is the features that are littered throughout the tent and for the new season the Beta has had a makeover making it more suitable to use in hotter weather. Vango have been keen to elongate the colour fastness of the tent, so that it looks sharper for longer. This is by changing the way the material is dyed and in turn has meant the tent has been produced in a more eco friendly way. Additional vented windows have been put onto the side doors to help increase airflow while also offering you a view out onto the campsite.

The Beta is still easy to pitch thanks to colour coordinated poles which allow you to match the pole to the correct sleeve. A linked-in groundsheet also gives the feel of it being sewn-in while still allowing the flexibility of it being rolled back to expose the ground. As the inner bedrooms are made from Vango’s Midnight fabric, it not only helps to cut out early morning light but also the rear ventilation points keep the tent cooler and reduce the amount of condensation within the tent.

Vango’s Beta is available in three sizes (350Xl, 450XL & 550XL) so you can pick and choose which model is the right one for you. Due to the large storage area at the front, the Beta is not only great for holding your equipment but when the weather turns, it lends itself to be a great shelter point to relax at night.
