Product Information

The Robens Klondike PRS is a brand-new tent for the 2022 season, Robens have taken their best-selling Outback tent and made a lighter and more compact version of it in a High Spec Polyester material. The PRS uses a HydroTex 75D Rip-Stop material with a 5,000mm HH waterproof rating. As the tent is polyester it dries quicker than its Outback counterpart, meaning that it’s less hassle when packing away wet or getting it back out to dry after a week/weekend away. Like the normal Klondike the vertical side walls help to increase the height inside of the tent and the ‘A’ frame front door give stability while keeping that traditional bell tent design.

An aluminium centre pole simply goes up into the witch’s hat so there really isn’t a tent easier to pitch (why not check out our Attwoolls Pitching Video to see how easy it really is). At the top of the tipi there is an opening to allow a wood burner stove flue, so you can still get that ‘off grid’ feel. There is also an Apex ventilation point which can be opened and closed from down below, so you can adapt your airflow when the weather turns. A Oxford Polyester groundsheet is strong and can be easily zipped out to be cleaned or removed. A unique feature of the PRS range is a constellation map which is printed on the groundsheet to help you explore the nights sky.

All of the pegging points on the tent feature adjustable pegging loops and alloy buckles to make adjusting the tent a doddle. Throughout the tent Robens have reinforced all of the guylines to ensure the quality is up to scratch and large lower vents help airflow while giving you a bug free night. The front door also features a full mesh door so you can get a great view out of the tent at night without the insects coming in.

Overall, the Klondike PRS is a chip off the old block and showcases what Robens is all about but in a lighter and more compact form.
