The Vango Tailgate Air is a new awning for the 2021 season and can be attached onto the side of a campervan to the rear, thanks to this flexible design you can now orientate the awning to your liking, so if the weather or your needs change you can adapt easily. As the AirHub can be pitched within 8 minutes (as per our Attwoolls Pitching Video) you can easily take this awning away for a weekend, let alone a week. The Airbeam structure inflates from a single point but there are two deflation points to make it effortless to get it back in the bag.

A full mesh door means that you can get great airflow in the awning while keeping the bugs at bay, all of the doors can be rolled fully open to create a gazebo like feel. A linked-in groundsheet makes the awning weather tight but gives you the versatility to remove the groundsheet when needed, while drop down doors create a trip-free access for people and push chairs.

The Tailgate Hub is designed with campervans in mind, the connection tunnel has a door on either side so that you don’t have to go through the awning every time just to have access to the van. The tunnel section tends to fit vans better than other brands because it has a smaller size range (180-210cm), it can also be attached to a van via multiple ways (Throw Over Straps, Fixing Kit, Pole & Clamp Kit & Velcro Tabs)
